The hilt can extend to 5 ft long and can be detached to use as a staff. It can eat and absorb Chakra from flaring sources only so if you start a jutsu up that is only when it can eat and only if it's in close proximity. Once the Kanji on the blade fills with red like energy Michael can use the blades ability to auto detect the persons Element and due to him being mainly water he can swing his blade in a mighty arc and unleash a 40 Ft Tidal wave upon his opponent.
Rarity: It was made for him when he was elected Mizukage it can be remade if you bribed the Black smith in Kirigakure( Not impossible to get but very rare to get)
