Village: Sand
Apearance: Higurashi's un-muscular looking figure makes him look weak, but he actually IS muscular. His hair color has Blue on the right side of his hair and white on the left side. His eye color is light blue and he jokingly smiles alot. He wears a red shirt under a black and white unzipped zipper hoodie (a hoodie with a zipper down the middle, for those who don't know...) along with dark blue jeans with white stripes on them.
Gender: Male
Clan: Seirenkai Clan
Personality: He thinks he's funny, in his opinion, and is very social with his friends. He doesn't tolerate idiots much, and usually avoids them. But if he cant, he'll insult them and walk away. He doesn't like swimming because of his phobia. When Light is crowded around by walls, people, etc, then he cant breathe, and needs some space to breathe. He usually tries to make friends with many people as well.
Special Characteristics: Higurashi holds the spirit of the 6 Tailed Weasel, Raijuu.

Skills/Specialties: Ninjutsu and Puppetry (puppetry is only SOMETIMES used) [He also uses basic taijutsu, not like Lotus Twister or anything like that, just strong punches and kicks]

Name: Gaia Shruiken
Type(Tai,Gen,Nin): Ninjutsu
Element: Wind
Description: The user circulates wind chakra in a large circle. The chakra takes the shape of a large shruiken, 5ft in diameter. After the shruiken is thrown, it can be manipulated by the user, and, at their will, explode in a huge, cutting gust of wind.

Description: Almost like regular summoning jutsu, but when preformed, the summoning jutsu summons 356 howling and whistling winds, that when they come in contact with a body of an animal, person, etc. they cut the enemy into small itsy bitsy slices.
Name: Earthquake Stomp
Type(Tai,Gen,Nin): Ninjutsu
Element: Earth
Description: The user, after preforming the handsigns, slams their foot on the ground (it doesnt need to be a SLAAAAAAAM!!!!) and an earthquake is caused, that effects the landscape, plants, trees, people, lakes, and the violent shockwaves are so powerful, some say the power might shatter the atmosphere of Earth itself.
Name: Earthquake Stomp; The Second Wave
Type(Tai,Gen,Nin): Ninjutsu
Element: Earth
Description: After preforming the first Earthquake Stomp jutsu, the user will form 3 more handsigns, Horse Monkey and Dog, which will enable automating Earthquakes every 5 seconds, but the user will be uneffected because of a large bubble-like shield that bounces soundwaves and all back at the originating place. (Like a bat using supersonic vibrations to find other bats, shoot those vibrations at the bubble, and the bat would get more than just 1 reply of waves.)
History/Background Story:
Higurashi was just a normal boy, who lived in the Village of Sand. He grew up with his mom and dad, his mom named Suki Seirenkai, and his dad, Fusokufuri Seirenkai. His father was a jounin, and his mom was a medical ninja. But one day, the village was raided by rogue ninja, and killed Higurashi's dad. But a few days before then, his dad gave him a katana, as a birthday gift. About a week after the incident, Higurashi's mom grew ill, probably due to the blood everywhere around Kazegakure. And the doctors who were around her, trying to heal her, Higurashi always heard them saying how it's close to impossible to help, and that she only has a little time left to live. After a week, his mom died as well. He blamed the war, and wanted to fight the chaos.
At the moment his mom died, he knew that he would have to be a ninja to have revenge on The Chaos, he then he started going to the ninja academy, and practiced everything a ninja should, such as, throwing shuriken, kunai, etc. But he was never good at hitting moving targets, with shuriken and kunai. He was personally, a ninja who fought close up, most of the time. He was poor at genjutsu, but with his good grades in ninjutsu and taijutsu, he passed. As he became a genin, he was much stronger than the other students who had passed at that time, and was usually asked for training advice, and sparring. His sempai, or sensei as Higurashi called him, was named Shunketsu Fuseiseki (this is a pun, Shunketsu meaning Hero, and Fuseiseki meaning Failure).
He trained with his sensei every day, mostly using ninjutsu, but also working on genjutsu and taijutsu. Working with genjutsu, he got better with it, and finally had the motivation to partake in the chuunin exams. He easily passed the first part of the exam, as it was easy. Higurashi then went on to the second part, in Nenten Caves. The examiner said that there was only one exit in the caves, and to pass the part, the genin had to get through the caves to the end. He fought many creatures, and, saw some ominous looking shadows, behind some vastly deep fog. But through it all, he made it through, with only some bruises and cuts, and some bite marks from insects. His time was 13 minutes, 34 minutes, and 13.6 seconds. Only 21 of 36 made it through.
Higurashi, for the third part, the battle, had to fight someone named Subayai, and as his name means in English, he's Fast. He ran around Higurashi, before stopping and actually running at him. He quickly took out the katana he had sheathed at his side, and slashed at Subayai, but the kid taking a kunai out quickly, and blocking the slash. Higurashi and Subayai slashed at each other, over and over, before he also started punching him, without stopping. As they clashed one more time, Higurashi jumped back and stuck the katana into the ground, then cutting a small, yet deep hole into the ground, waiting for his plan to happen. Subayai ran at him, also running towards the hole, Higurashi holding the sword towards Subayai. He tripped in the hole, and his arm was slashed by the blade of the katana, blood dripping out onto the floor. Apparently the blow was fatal, as Subayai came speeding onto the blade. He pulled the blade out, as fast as he could, to avoid much pain. Higurashi looked around, as medics ran onto the field, and putting Subayai onto a stretcher, and bringing him off of the field too. As he sat in the stands, watching everyone else fight, he thought about how there was only one more part. After the last fight, there were only 6 people left. The kage told the genin to go home, and train for 1 month, and get stronger, then in one month, they would fight again. After a month of training with his sensei, Higurashi obtained many jutsus, and left for the coliseum.
The proctor said to the 6 genin, whom they were fighting, he would be going against someone named Kokuou Oujou, a kid who used lightning attacks. As the proctor said start, Higurashi wiped off his katana, and ran at Kokuou, yelling. Kokuou yawned and grabbed the blade, throwing it a few meters away. Higurashi, shocked, jumped into the air, did a spin and drop kicked Kokuou, onto the ground. As the proctor was about to say, the winner is Higurashi Seirenkai, Kokuou's body exploded, in a blast of lightning, wounding him. Higurashi landed next to his katana, and looked around for Kokuou. He appeared standing on a branch of the giant tree in the middle of the field, laughing out loud. Higurashi scowled, and grabbed his katana, then running towards Kokuou with the katana once more. Kokuou pointed at him, as lightning fired at him. He noticed very quickly, and barely dodged the lightning, although, the lightning hitting Light's arm, and knocking it asleep, or unconscious if it's possible to say so. Higurashi yelled, and then kept running, Kokuou still firing lightning at him. But he then thought quickly, and shielded himself from the lightning with the blade of his katana, one of the lightning blasts, firing back at Kokuou, and shocking him, knocking him onto the ground, wounded, but he still got up. Light grinned, as Kokuou wouldn't dare to fire another lightning blast. As Higurashi was about to slash Kokuou, he stopped, as the blade was about to pierce his neck. He sheathed his sword, and made his way back out of the field, the proctor exclaiming his victory. The next day, after Higurashi won the exams, he spoke to the kage in the kage's workroom, walking out with a chuunin vest.
His sensei, told him, to go on a mission to The Chaos, and would need to act as if in the chaos, and if caught, would be very dangerous. He put a hood up over his head, and wore a long robe, black, as if to blend in with everyone and everything. He walked down the streets, seeing many people, and signs with bounties, that had been crossed out, over and over, probably meaning there were many bounty hunters.
