These will be held 4 times a year....here is a list of the months...

March

June

September

December

Proctors will be any Non-genin from any village or group (means we wont take in the fact someone is akatsuki they will still be able to be a proctor)

Please Notify Me, The Kazekage or the Mizukage if you are going to be a proctor.....
